You don't need a condom if you have anal sex.

If the guy is going to cum in your mouth after anal, it's a good idea to have him wer a condom or at least have a wet soapy cloth around to clean him off first.

Even if you're sure that both you and your partner are disease- free, you should still use a condom. The rectum is home to lots of infectious bacteria that can cause burning and urethritis of the penis. It will also help you clean up afterwards ;).

Anal sex has been given the bad rap because HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, is most easily transmitted by anal intercourse.
Yes, it is possible for either sex partner to become infected with HIV during anal sex. HIV can be found in the blood, semen, pre-seminal fluid, or vaginal fluid of a person infected with the virus. In general, the person receiving the semen is at greater risk of getting HIV because the lining of the rectum is thin and may allow the virus to enter the body during anal sex. However, a person who inserts his penis into an infected partner also is at risk because HIV can enter through the urethra (the opening at the tip of the penis) or through small cuts, abrasions, or open sores on the penis.

Having unprotected (without a condom) anal sex is considered to be a very risky behavior. If people choose to have anal sex, they should use a latex condom. Most of the time, condoms work well. However, condoms are more likely to break during anal sex than during vaginal sex. Thus, even with a condom, anal sex can be risky. A person should use a water-based lubricant in addition to the condom to reduce the chances of the condom breaking.

I believe there are special condoms for anal sex ... they are much stronger than normal condoms.

Kevin is on the money.
Lots of bacteria that thrives in rectal/colon area isn't compatable with other opening in the female anatomy. You can give your partner an incredible vag infetion if you go from anus to vagina. Also using a well lubed condom lessens the possibility of anal tears. Ouch! Don't do that to someone you care about. That anal tearing is pretty common, that's mainly how the HIV is passed.

And do not use pretroleum based products with latex condoms. It makes them brittle and causes them to shred. This means Vasoline, and baby oil, too. :o
